Staffed with 28 persons, the Testing Center has physical detection room, chemical testing room, finished product testing room, finished product testing room No 2 and office,with a total investment of over 50 million yuan. It is fully equipped with advanced instruments and equipments such as Sartorius electronic balance, Mettler electronic balance, gas chromatograph and liquid chromatograph of Agilent, infrared spectrometer of Thermo Nicolet Corporation, nitrogen adsorption instrument of Micromeritics Instrument Corporation, Brabender Absorptometer, electronic tensile testing machine of INSTRON, rubber process analyzer of Alfa, Mooney's viscosimeter and rheometer. The qualified staff include 5 engineers, 21 persons with bachelor degree and 7 persons with technical secondary school (high school) education background. The environmental facilities meet relevant standards. With the basic function of testing the high speed endurance performance of tires, such raw materials as natural rubber, all-steel cord and black carbon, and testing the bulk ingredient of various formulas and physical properties of materials, the Testing Center has developed into a testing organization with improved capacity where various tests can be conducted.
